After reconfirming several times our booking, they realized their error but it took them a while to tell us they would give us other rooms which seemed difficult for them to offer us from the beginning. "Una decepción total el Hotel Machos, si se encuentran en remodelación o reajuste del personal no deberían ofrecer servicios. Las recámaras con falta de limpieza, de hecho el primer día ni siquiera nos dieron el cuarto asignado por estar sucio. La cocina nunca funcionó, la "playa" llena de sargazo y fuera del espacio de atención de la Marina. No funcionó el wifi en los días que estuvimos, en fin, bastante que desear el lugar."
