the reception was not friendly, and no one helped me to carry all my stuff when I check-in, but when I'm when out to the mall across from the hotel I saw they help some other Guests, But not me! so disappointed, I have a baby, and my mom old woman, and I carry all my stuff so much, so disappointed no security or portal for help and serve me, the breakfast is was good,

1) Tissue paper left one piece & they still can fold it nicely without replenish. Need to call to replenish & tissue given was in loose form. 2) Shower was spoiled & toilet is dirty. 3) The painting drop down in the mid night. 4) Staff unable to communicate in English. 5) Food is in lower grade & less choices

スタッフは皆フレンドリーです。 部屋も広く、朝食もローカルフード中止に値段を考えれば十分なものが提供されています。 1点のみ、これはホテルというよりも交通事情によるものなのですが、夕方にタクシーの手配をお願いしたのですが、結局予定より30分過ぎても車は到着しませんでした。 難しそうであればその旨教えてもらえればgojekなりgrabなりの代替手段を取れたのですが。。。親切に色々とやって下さったのですが、結果的にそこだけ残念でした。

The staff are very helpful and polite.. . We had requested for queen bed but due to weekend crowd only the double single bed room were avail instead.. Cleanliness could be improved further as we found our cups were not changed and still dirty when we came back to our room late in the evening.. Overall, we love the location as it was nearby all the shopping places..

Good hotel , friendly staff

Good location for Shopping & F&B, right opposite Paris Van Java (Mall). Rooms clean , big & spacious ; recently renovated. Good spread buffet breakfast. Very courteous & friendly staff. I was there for business, wifi was pretty good, stable. About 20 mins drive to / from Airport.

Nice small hotel opposite the mall

This small hotel is located on a busy street directly opposite Paris Van Java mall. Rooms were comfortable and clean with ample space to hang our clothes, store our shoes, luggage, etc. Bathroom was also clean and equipped with a hairdryer, basic toiletries, separate shower, etc. We stayed 2 nights in non-smoking rooms that were located on the 5th floor. There is a small sized swimming pool at the rooftop. We had our buffet breakfast and set dinner at De Bale restaurant which was located next to the lobby on the ground floor.

Nice hotel opposite the mall

Located on a busy street just opposite Paris van Java mall. We booked 2 superior rooms for 2 nights packaged with set dinner and free airport shuttle. All the staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner were served at the restaurant next to the lobby. Breakfast was good with quite a variety of food but the set dinner was not that good especially the main course. Overall the hotel looks great, rooms are clean and spacious enough to put luggage and stuff. Although we didn't utilise the small swimming pool at the rooftop due to time constraints, it looked clean and proper for a dip in a hot day.

Nice & Affordable Hotel that's near a good mall

It's an overall pleasant stay at a 4 Star Hotel @ De Java. It was my partner's hotel and the staff prepared a huge cake for us. breakfast (to me) was relatively good for the price we paid. It's just across Paris Van Java, probably one of the best malls In the region. It's also next to an Indomart where you can get your necessities at an affordable rate. I would recommend anyone to stay here without hesitation.

Good hotel just opposite Paris Van Java

de JAVA Hotel is a very clean and nice hotel that is just opposite the Paris Van Java! (one of the best malls in Bandung) It is also near the airport and also near Rumah Mode Factory Outlet). There is a good massage parlor called Atrium 168 near the hotel too (about 400 metres away). The staff are very friendly and they can speak good english and they are very helpful. They lent me a travel adapter and passed me a map when I requested for it.

Nice hotel opposite to Van Jave Paris Mall.

Strategic location.free airport transfer provided by the hotel.must give a good credit to the staff who has been waited for us for 2 hours plus at the airport due to the flight delayed.

pengalaman buruk dinner di hotel ini

sebenarnya kecewa yakni dengan menu makanan yang disediakan untuk makan malam (buffet) sekeluarga 4 org makan jam 19.30 --> grill beef nya tidak matang alias masih mentah, ayam goreng mentega hanya disediakan 5 potong saja didalam wajannya yang besar, hampir semua makanan dikatakan habis dan baru akan disediakan apabila kita meminta untuk disediakan dan rasanya juga tidak ada yang enak. kalau hendak dikatakan pembantu dirumah masakannya lebih enak dari pada hotel berbintang 4 ini + minuman yang kami pesan 5 gelas Lychee ice tea @rp. 35,000.- belum termasuk pajak & service, yang diberikan adalah buah lychee 1 butir saja per gelas dengan semuanya buah lycee tersebut sudah mengeluarkan gas alias busuk. Dengan membayar setengah juta utk makanan dan minuman seperti kualitas ini sungguh sangat menyesal. buat menginap kamarnya sejauh ini ok ok saja lah... untuk dinner ?? No way..
