Otter Hotel
We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was absolutely stunning and Good Folk was our favorite place to eat in Banff. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved waking up to the view of the mountain each morning. The complementary bus pass was really convenient and much appreciated as well.

The hotel is amazing with great facilities. It was clean, spacious and an ideal place to stay. It’s got a great view of the Canadian Rockies. The staff at reception and everywhere else are friendly and very courteous.
