"Person who cleaned our room was very helpful. Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful in carrying suitcases. Room service from kitchen could have been better. Staff was unable to understand English. I understand this is in Thailand but it’s an airport hotel. Lots of tourists come here. Staff should have better understanding of English. I asked for 2 plates to be brought to our room but staff had trouble understanding request."

"We had a fantastic stay at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable, with excellent facilities including a beautiful rooftop pool and a relaxing onsen. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location in Thonglor was perfect with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shopping nearby. We absolutely loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended! :::"
