Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport
Disappointing there were three lights I couldn’t find a light switch to shut them off so they were on all night. There was no coffee in the room, not even instant, just tea. I would expect a Nespresso Machine in a Hilton for what they charged in Thailand. There wasn’t even a bidet.

Really disappointed with front desk staff. We spent $3000 at this hotel over three days and the staff refused to honor a $15 hotel credit that came with our reservation.
