All of the staff, from front desk to concierge, restaurant staff and manager to security, were very friendly, customer service oriented, and extremely accommodating and helpful. Love the buffet and restaurant. Great views and atmosphere from the rooftop bar and pool. This will be my go-to in Bangkok!
