Great air conditioning, plentiful, fresh breakfast, and cheerful and helpful staff. Serves the purpose to stay near the airport. Beds were quite comfortable.
At check-in I was told I was being upgraded to a recently updated room. Upon entry, the gentleman turned on the TV to cartoons. I’m an adult. Best guess, the room was updated in the 1980’s. The mattress was stiff and felt like sleeping on a box spring. The upholstered chair was ratty. The ONLY redeeming feature was the airport shuttle.
Unfortunately not a very good experience. They told me I got a room upgrade for free but actually they gave me an old and very stinking room with no balcony. I asked to switch back to the original one I booked which has a balcony they said they had only this room available and it’s an upgraded room. From the conversation, I realized that they initially intended to give me a bad room but used the word “upgrade” to make me feel so lucky. I contacted expedia, the agent told me that hotel accepted that they were overbooked but they had already fixed my concern by changing me a new room. Which is not true they didn’t do anything. I won’t be back and highly not recommend.
Nice hotel but a bit old.
Free shuttle bus from airport.
We had to leave the hotel before breakfast to the airport but to our suprise they gave us a sandwich breakfast in a box to go very nice !!!
Old rooms , hallways are filthy. Restaurant is good, decent breakfast choices. Ate dinners there also. Free shuttle to airport was good. Pool is nice. Need to fix ladder. Outdoor courtyard is nice .
The property is pretty dated but the staff was very nice. The transport to/from airport was a huge convenience! It was fine for 1 night to be close to airport.
Totally functional airport hotel for a one night stay. Clean room. 24 hour shuttle. Lots of food/convenience stores around. Better than the alternatives.
Only one issue, one outlet for charging, and it's on the other side of the room, behind the TV. You can't charge phone, laptop, camera ECT. while in viewing in bed.
The staff here were amazing! Booked for a night as we didn’t want to just stay at the airport. They asked what time the flight was (2:30 am) and they had the van ready to take us to the airport and even called the room to be sure we were ready!!
This hotel is near the airport and has a free shuttle it is perfect for a one night stay. Rooms are large and clean but very tiny balcony with no chairs, view was of an alley. Pool is small and no shade around the pool, it was 38 degrees the day we were there, so umbrellas would have been nice around the pool. There is a huge seating area with an awning that you can sit at while waiting before going to the airport. Perfect layover hotel.
I was charged 400 baht just to let one of my cousin to sleep over with my family with the room I already paid for that’s does not make sense. Other then that everything was fine.

The room was alright for the price. I’d like this property for its location. It’s nearby markets and food stands. Walking distance. It also offer airport shuttle.
Place was ok. Only there for one night for flight reasons. Airport shuttle often and free. Restaurant was pretty good. No mosquitoes in our room as other reviews noted but there were some outside of room. We reserved a balcony but got a free upgrade to a room without balcony for some reason. Pool looked nice.
