"Chatrium Hotel Bangkok was our last hotel stop before our vacation was over. As a Platinum Hotels.com member, I was lucky to get an "upgrade" on our room but it didn't seem like an upgrade because I had booked a 1 Bdrm Riverview Suite King Bed and that was what I got? Room was good size and comfortable. Balcony faces the river with a beautiful view. Anyways, hotel is very clean and next to the river. Hotel has a shuttle boat that can take you to ICON SIAM. There are street food along the street but not as busy. Hotel is farther away from Grand Palace, MBK shopping center, and busier areas of Bangkok. Hotel has a Starbucks and 7-11 connected. Breakfast had a huge variety of food. You can't beat breakfast buffets in Asia. The staff always so helpful and kind and goes above and beyond. Would I stay at Chatrium Hotel again? Probably not because it is farther away from all the busier areas and street food and night markets. If you prefer a quieter area, this hotel would be an excellent choice. "

"Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend ,Sauber und ordentlich .Man kann von dort viele Sachen zu Fuß machen.Kleiner Pool auf dem Dach sehr nett . Ich hatte 2 Uhren gekauft für 7000,-Baht , und hatte sie beim Auschecken im Zimmer vergessen , Das Personal hatte sie dann beim Sauber machen gefunden , und abgegeben , und ich wurde vom Hotel informiert das ich etwas vergessen habe. Das Hotel hat sehr ehrliches Personal ."

"I’m an extremely critical person and do not spend money Willy Nolly. This stay was what I expected and more. The guy who cleaned my room couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating to my needs. Whom ever he was he needs a raise he was outstanding. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. Clean, accommodating and polite. Will absolutely visit again!"
