"Overall, this is not a bad place to stay. For the price, you can’t beat it. The biggest “issue” with the room is oddly, none of the TV remotes worked. Also, the water pressure in both showers in our room felt like a pressure washer on your skin… Glad it had water pressure though. The hot tub and pool were a little icky. The room had a wonderful view of the mountains! Also, minutes from the Sugar Mountain

resort! Also, tip: if you are coming in the winter, make sure you have a 4WD/AWD...

"Fantastic trip! Stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The property was wooded and so quiet. We didn't expect to wake up to snow and feel like temp of 7 degrees, but the cabin was warm, cozy, and dry. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back! Thanks for the memories Bear Cabin!"
