"Outdated room but very nice staff and unbelievable room. Low water flow in shower (Room 102). Staff provided earplugs which was great for the smoke detector sound coming from frogs all night. Would stay again but ideally in one of the newer rooms. "

"The location is amazing! Our second floor room with a large balcony overlooked a beautiful, quiet beach. The suite was very clean and well appointed with everything you require. The owner, Collin, was very welcoming and is a fount of information. My husband and I will definitely return to Villa Beach Cottages. "

"Just got back from our 2nd trip to this amazing resort. We love the convenience of the location. This resort has everything that you could want in a family resort. Ideally there are various pool locations and you are not spoiled for choice in getting a spot for sun or shade at any of the pools. It is a large resort but easy walking between pool locations. We especially loved the lazy river. We didn't venture to the slides but I'm sure they would be a blast. They have so much to do for the kids, i.e. Cocoland, Paint Ball, Tennis, Tours etc. just to name a few. The staff are amazing in all areas of the resort. The rooms are nicely appointed. We stayed in the Harmony area (adult only) this trip, but we were in the Splash area the last time, which is more kid friendly with King Bed an Trundle Bed for the kids. Rooms are immaculate. The food is outstanding. We made reservations at the resort restaurants' the first time out but this time decided to only do a couple nights and enjoy the Country/Western and Caribbean Nights on the pool deck, and the Buffet Restaurant which has more choices than you can eat. Greet Food and Great entertainment. I can't say enough about this resort and would recommend it to anyone that wants a great worry free vacation, with tour choices, quiet areas and entertainment, whatever you are in the mood for."

"We had a lovely vacation, though you should prepare for some serious steps each day from the beach up to your room. My knees were definitely feeling the effort after just three days. Fortunately, you can easily catch a shuttle if you simply ask for one. While the food was a bit hit or miss overall, the Indian fusion restaurant was a consistent delight. It was a fantastic and relaxing getaway, and we truly enjoyed our stay."

"The staff at Ti Kaye was the best I have ever experienced in any resort. The staff was very friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. On our last day, I noticed that my vehicle had a slow leak due to a nail puncture. The maintenance staff quickly completely resolved the problem. A repair was completely done immediately, and we were able to get on the road in less than 15 minutes and made out flight early. The food was amazing. The apperance of the resort was breathtaking. The accommodations were second to none. I highly recommend this resort, and I am making plans to return again later this year. The one thing that separates this resort from outhers, is definitely the staff. The staff at Ti Kaye is their super power. "

"Beautiful property set amongst cocoa trees and luscious jungle. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the water refill station to negate the use of plastic water bottles. The pools were cool and fresh, and the onsite fitness classes are a wonderful addition. Location is perfect, being close to many incredible activities and sights. I 100% recommend for your stay in St. Lucia."

"I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The food was another major letdown—bland, overly salted, and generally uninspired across the board. It felt like very little thought or care went into the dining experience. Lastly, the events and entertainment felt poorly executed—more childish than engaging, and overall thrown together without much attention to quality. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and overall experience. I left feeling very unsatisfied—especially after a manager argued with me when I tried to provide feedback, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, this was not the level of experience I expected, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Rooms were large and comfortable. Some great elements to the design overall. Staff were friendly. The small shared public beach was not inviting. You didn't want to spend time there. The food was below expectations. Not a five star resort, not close really."
