Hotel Syrene
10/10 Excellent
"Our room on the top floor was large with a huge sea-facing terrace. Buffet breakfast was included, and it was wonderful! The location is perfect, no super long downhill paths like many of the hotels on Capri--but it is a bit of a walk from the Funicolare. The hotel offers luggage service from the ferry (and in reverse when leaving), and although it seemed expensive at first, it is so worth the €22 per bag, especially on the way up."

"It was out 2nd stay at Royal Continental. The Ocean view was amazing. The level of service contributing to the overall experience was first class. The Front Desk \ Concierge services were fantastic and so helpful for our stays in Napoli. Can't wait to get back to Napoli!"

"Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair. Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent privacy. The restuarant food was very good. I expected a bigger and newer room for the price, Overall, it was a good experience, just not an excellent one."

"If you’re looking for true five star service, location and amenities, this is the spot in Naples. Highly recommend for every single reason you could think of. They thought of every detail. They were helpful with taxis. Couldn’t recommend more."

"Hotel staff and property were nice, but I was saddened that the property amenities, specifically had no gym. Also, locating the property was slightly difficult, the property is a slight hike from the main area but locals were very nice and helpful to locate. Our room air conditioning was out but staff were prop to assist with switching rooms."
