We didn't get the e-mail with the codes to the doors. The wifi doesn't connect to the internet. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The place lokks abandoned from the inside. The room wasclean when we arrived. The inside of the place looks nice.

As advertised there is no desk personnell but when you call to gain access they semm to be very confused and send you around the property, with your luggage and no lift, up and down until they decide where you need to stay. Also very rude and unprofessional in the way they answer. Last but not least the room was filled with rubbish from the previous occupiers, apparently they not only don't pay staff on site but neither they do with cleaning staff
