"All front desk staff that I encountered during my 6-night stay were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I had a bit of a problem getting my room cleaned. Their policy is to not clean every 3 days, if you are there that long. I told front desk on day 4 and on day 5 that no one had cleaned yet. They kept saying that it was because I had my Do Not Disturb sign up, which is probably true while I was in the room in the morning and did not want to be disturbed, but I did put it on "Welcome" when I left. Possibly they have an outside cleaning crew with limited hours. There is not much in the way of amenities here. Snacks for payment. Free coffee, tea, hot water, cold water available 24/7. No breakfast. No coffee maker in room. Room did have a mini-fridge and microwave. There were some newer features (floor, bathroom countertop), but there were definitely some things that need updating like hallway carpeting, pillows. Still, for the affordable price, it was a decent place and I would not hesitate to stay again. Other guests seemed to be blue-collar workers, but everyone was quiet and pleasant. I was never concerned about safety as a solo female traveler."
