Loved our stay, the apartment was very spacious, clean and very well located, location was excellent. Wish there had been more coffee mugs or cups as they only had one but overall the place was great.

the concierges were amazing, available in max. 5 mins. the place was HUGE, way bigger than we thought, with a beautiful balcony and. abide to the streets. we stayed there as a couple for 5 days, they don't have kitchen towels so i would recommend to pack those before hand, but very beautiful, would recommend and visit any time again!

Perfect location near to the Sagrada Familia. Two metro stations are at walkable distance and it is on the route of a hop on hop off bus. Rooms are big with equally big living space and kitchen. Hygiene is well maintained inside the flat as well as the entire building.

Generally a lovely place to stay. The kitchen equipment is somewhat basic. I wanted to use the oven but there was no tray. But if that’s the only thing that I thought that was negative, it’s good overall.

The check-in code never arrived, so we had to contact the reception. Reaching the reception was a bit complicated, as it was locked. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and didn’t work properly. On the positive side, the price was reasonable and the neighborhood was quiet. The apartment, however, could have been cleaner—there was some old water left in the pot.

We had a very good time. Enough rooms for 3 people and close to Encants metro station and also walkable distance to many touristy spots. 1 bad thing we found was sometimes we saw dust somewhere on the floor or under the sofa or beds. We happened to meet the concierge inside the building and no problem with checking-in. We thank his support!

Very good location 1 km from Sagrada Familia. Restaurants and coffee shops very close by. Bed very comfortable. Balcony was ok, only negative is that it looked on to indoor courtyard rather than the street.

We stayed two nights. The apartment was large and quite adequate for four adults. The area had lots of walkable restaurants, bakeries and historical sites. We loved the balcony. We were a little concerned about the self checkin but everything worked out well. There was staff available when called and very helpful. We would recommend this hotel.

Good service received from staff, efficient check in despite my flight arriving early hours in the morning, apartment was clean and tidy, I had no issues. Apartment situated within walking distance to some landmarks and close to the metro station which we used a lot to get around definitely more cheaper option than taking taxi’s everywhere! Free Wi-Fi

The apartment was a really fantastic home base got our explorations of Barcelona! Great, spacious size for a couple, equipped kitchen, nice closet space and comfy bed and couch. Bathroom a great size as well, but only note is that there was only about 10 min of hot water for the shower at a time so a minor inconvenience when taking multiple showers. Overall a great value and fantastic location! Easy walk to multiple Metro lines, El Clot neighborhood and Sagrada familia. Would recommend!

Great location near metro station and Sagrada. Really felt like you were in a true neighborhood. Checkin after 7 pm was challenging. Expedia Conf does not match with the hotel’s online kiosk. No email confirmation from hotel with correct number.
