Property was nice staff was friendly and helpful. Our roomcleaning staff were very kind and did a great job! Hotel is near a couple transit stations which was very convenient to get anywhere in the city, especially heaving towards the tourist areas. Only complaint was that the bed was very firm but I put down the extra blankets they had and it helped.

The people at the desk were very helpful. We arrived earlier than check in and they checked us. It was sooo nice of them. The metro was a short walk and from there you can reach anywhere. The terrace was a nice plus to sit on at night. Lovely place to stay.

I picked the hotel because of its location (close to my son's university residence and the metro) and for its amenities - I had a kitchenette, which I loved. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The customer service was really good, especially from Hugo.

So nice to have kitchen with all necessary utensils and dishes. Washroom is spotless. Close to Park Guell, we were able to walk to the park Bedroom sliding door to the balcony need larger blackout curtain for privacy. Overall it's a nice stay. Close to Park Guell, we was able to walk to the park.

Clean, well located, friendly staff. They need softer mattresses. These were rock rock hard. Breakfast in the morning, but they charge for it… did not know that… would still have ordered it but not disclosed there is a charge. Would stay here again easily. Did not use the pool.
