Our host greeted us upon arrival with a smile and a lot of wonderful local information. We were also able to check in three hours early which is perfect because we were exhausted. The apathy was gorgeous and looked like in the photos -all of the amenities we needed and wanted for our five day stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocamora apartments. Greeted by friendly host upon check in that walked us through the apartment. Besides the in room safe that was not working properly and a toaster that was tripping the breaker both were fixed immediately which resolved these minor issues. We really enjoyed eating breakfast in the sunroom, the apartment has a good amount of light in the space which is nice. Besides some paint work that could need some upgrading the place is clean, spacious, new appliances and served our family of 5 very well rather than staying in a hotel with tiny sized room. Also great location, yet quiet good to sleep. Would recommend.

Barcelona Visit

Had a nice visit. Place is exactly as pictured, but felt bigger once there. Had 4 separate twin beds and one larger bed (queen perhaps) in Master. Layout worked great. Had to walk up one flight of stairs from elevator to get to the penthouse, but was easy. Location was close to main street and a few blocks from train so location worked really well. Santiago was great, and greeted us when we arrived and made sure we got situated, which was a very nice touch (and also gave 24 hour contact number in case of issues, of which we didn't have any). Very nice accommodation.

This is a great location - you are in a great spot for accessing a lot of the Gothic area by foot with restaurants and shopping galore. One of those hop on hop off tour buses would stop right across the street. Santiago was great assisting with the check in and made sure we were comfortable with the apartment before he left us. Unit was large and had plenty of space for my wife and two teenage sons. Train station and airport were both a short cab ride away (20-30 mins). Only disappointment, and it was minor, was those roof deck patios pictured on this listing are only for the top floor units - we were on a lower floor so we instead had two small balconies off the front of the unit. They still had a small table and two chairs on each one but they were quite small. Would definitely stay here again - just ask for a top floor unit.

With few words, I do not recommend. Positive - excellent location. The responsible person was waiting for us. Good advice about restaurants. Locker for the bags. Negative- poor condition of the apartment, needs urgent repairs and renovation. I was provided with emergency number, no one answered, the access to apartment was cuted at 10:00. I have kindly asked for late check out, no answer.

Great secure, location in a very nice area. Close to subway and walkable to just about anything you could need. Restaurants and grocery right around every corner. Easy check in. Loved the high ceilings and overall character of the old building combined with modern amenities. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Would highly recommend.

The place is very well located, close to good restaurants and within a walking distance from Las Ramblas. Santiago, the person responsible for settling us in, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very nice guy, gave us very good recommendations as of where to eat and where to go. The apartment is dated, but cozy. Whenever we are back in Barcelona, this is the place to stay.

まず、立地が最高に良いです。カタルーニャ広場から徒歩10分くらい。カサ・バトリョからすぐ、カサ・ミラも近いですし、サグラダファミリアもゆっくり歩いて20分くらいです。 お部屋はとても清潔でした。お風呂はシャワーのみでシャンプーとボディソープがありました。 スタッフもとても親切でおいしいお店を教えてくれました。 3泊して1度だけ掃除に入ってくれました。 トイレットペーパーの予備がなくなり連絡をしたらすぐに補充してくれました。 また再訪したいし、友人にもおすすめしたいです。
