Absolutely everything, was great! The front desk staff (Clara) was wonderful. The breakfast is out of this world. Lots of choices. Lots of fruit! The breakfast manager is very nice. I totally recommend this hotel.

If you want to stay near the Sagrada Familia, this is good location, 5min walk down the street. There are some food restaurants near by with a great tapa place few doors down. Booked 2 Panorama rooms, only 3 on the 8th floor. Room was huge with balcony and seating outside. Lovely view of the Sagrada Familia especially in the morning thats the first thing you see out the window/balcony. Staff was great they helped us arrange a tour.

Nice hotel within walking distance of sights

We arrived very early so knew our room would not be ready. Were able to lock up our luggage and headed out sightseeing. We’re a bit disappointed that we still had to wait an hour before we could check in when we returned. We had to check out at 3am but they had a large box breakfast ready for us that had 3 pieces of fruit and many pastries. Only there for 1 night but it was very nice.

Perfect stay for enjoying Sagrada Familia view

Very nice hotel close to Sagrada Familia and you can enjoy it's view when you could chose the right room. The staffs are so kind and doing a professional jobs. When we faced the issue in the bath room, they came to our room immediately and fixed the problem in 2 hours. Actually it was the most impressive experience and of course, we could enjoy the rest of days at comfortable room. We really appreciated for their thoughtful help. Thank you very much!

We were surprised to find out bed was two twins pushed together but they were very comfortable. Our room on the second floor was extremely noisy! There was traffic noise and garbage trucks in the very early morning. Perhaps a higher floor would be better. Our receptionists were absolutely amazing. They were informative and helpful and really good at their jobs. They even got us last minute tickets for Familia Sagrada when it was sold out! They made our stay really nice. Thank you!!

My experience with the reception staff was great. The room itself is average. Shower did not have a drape and the divider was not that good. Therefore the toilet floor got quite wet after. The room was a bit noisy at night until about 12 at least on the third floor due to traffic nearby. Lastly the shuttle service we arranged was late by 25 min. Should have just called a cab.
