A good stay with pretty decent buffet breakfast. The Spa was very good as my son really enjoyed it. With the metro stations and grocery stores near the hotel really helped. The staff was helpful as well. However, the only improvement could be for the restaurant to have varied main course options. The hotel is reachable from T1 via L9S to Collblac(M) is a plus.

WARNING ! Customers who are booking this hotel taken in by spa pictures, be aware that the spa is NOT included in the price, nor is it made clear as a surcharge extra! Very misleading marketing. It’s 20 euro per person per entry. The hotel itself is otherwise of good standard. We were disappointed however with the spa bit because we booked it based on the marketing shown and with no indication of extra charges. Expedia customer service uninterested.

What was unique about this location is that there is a fully functioning spa downstairs. The services are not included in the price of the room, but the convenience is amazing and the masseuse is great. The pools are classic, although some may think they are dated. They are clean, large, and everything works; the saunas are clean and hot. The front desk receptionists are friendly and helpful and there is always cold water and fruit available, gratis. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is quiet. Great choice.

My third time staying here. The first was ten years ago and the second 7 years ago. This stay was the best by far, the lobby and restaurant area are lovely and great to eat at. The spa is amazing! The room had all that I needed. If you’re unsure of the area, it is on quite a residential/local part of Barcelona, so there aren’t much tourists and no night life. The metro runs straight into the centre of the city and only takes 20-40 mins depending on where you want to go. I had noisy neighbours one night and the hotel reception dealt with it immediately. I cannot fault the staff or hotel for anything at all. A great stay for my first solo trip!
