We had a wonderful stay. It is a bit of a walk from the metro. It is in a quiet residential part of BC. We paid for the breakfast and it was well worth it. The staff told us about a local restaurant with authentic catalonia food. Which we really enjoyed. Came to catch a cruise but also a great day in Barcelona before. It felt safe but the was a bit of a smell in the neiborhood outside the hotel like everywhere But other than that. It was nice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel lors de notre visite à Barcelone. Le véritable point fort est sans aucun doute le personnel : toujours souriant, à l'écoute, serviable et extrêmement arrangeant. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et avons apprécié leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. La localisation est également un atout, ce n'est franchement pas loin de la Sagrada Família et les déplacements en taxis sont très peu coûteux. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos besoins pour découvrir la ville. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We booked this hotel just for the shuttle to take us back to the airport. We searched many hotels and this one stated airport transfer rare find. We found out they don’t have a shuttle or even access to one if we wanted to pay for it. We addressed our concern with hotels.com and spent many hours on phone with them on our vacation and they were not helpful or understanding at all. We also got charged 28.00 for making phone calls to them and the hotel asking about shuttle since it was out of our area for phone. It states it clearly on our reservation that it has rare find airport shuttle and I think this is very misleading and awful to do to vacationers who did plan on the extra expense and then the no lack of respect or owning up to it. I would like a credit percentage added to my credit card for this dishonesty.

The room is very nice and the service is excellent. They also provide complimentary luggage storage for several days. We will be in Morocco for five days, and they kindly offered to keep our luggage free of charge until our return. Outstanding service.

Los elevadores son viejos y reducidos. El hotel y/o el personal sólo te ofrece agua de cortesía en la habitación el primer día y después ya no. En otros hoteles de la misma cadena NH todos los días te dejan una botella con agua para tomar de cortesía. La ubicación es muy buena. La atención del personal de limpieza es mala, hubo días que faltó dejar el juego completo de toallas limpias o recoger toda la basura. El refri de la habitación tenía muy poquitas bebidas para ofrecer, como 4 o 5. En otros hoteles NH tienes el refri lleno de opciones, con y sin alcohol y hasta dulces.

Nossa hospedagem foi somente de 1 dia mas o hotel atebdeu perfeitamente..quarto confortável, boa localização. O único óbice foi o controle do ar condicionado. Nao consegui deixar na temperatura que queria. Nao refrigerou bem mas como estava muito cansado, consegui dormir sem problemas.

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gute Lage zur Stadt und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Leider war im Erdgeschoss eine große Baustelle, dadurch gab es auch nur einen kleinen Eingang, den man fast übersehen hätte. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und Betten nicht super bequem, aber man hat zu dem Preis alles da, was man braucht :)
