Great location for exploring Barcelona Very convenient for walking to the Casa Batllo & Casa Museu Amatiler. The Hop On/Hop Off buses are right outside. Plenty of cafes, restaurants & bars within easy walking distance. A good size room for our 4 day stay, very clean & quiet. Helpful & attentive staff.

The staff is nice but the rooms are small, with absolutely no closet space! Overall my experience was average, and it is due to me contracting food poisoning from their food room service vendor. DO NOT have the tuna tartar!! Because of this, my barcelona trip was severely impacted as I was sick for most of the time! I wouldn't book again in future....

Staff were exceptional. They were polite, helpful and extremely kind when it came to all my questions and requests. The hotel also offers a water refill station which was great considering my trip was during the hottest month of the year. Would definitely come back!

The 5 star rating was not to other examples on this European stay, so take that with a grain of salt. Staff however were excellent and with highly recommend a terraced room as was excellent at night! Location was super!

We loved staying at sonder the location is unbeatable the staff are super friendly welcoming and kind available and very quick to respond helped us a lot with taxis something happened with the safe and someone came up straight away. Very professional. Bathroom and room very spacious subway station just a few minute walk super connected to restaurants u can nearly walk anywhere from there. Highly recommend would come back again !

On the first night we discovered the walls in this hotel were paper thin. This is after hearing intricate details of our neighbours heated discussion. The curtains in our room did not fully close allowing for the sun to stream into the room early in the morning. The hotel staff fixed this issue on the second night. The room was advertised with a king bed - 160cm x 200cm. However the mattress was short at least 15 cm as our feet were hanging over the edge when we slept. We are 185cm high. It made sleeping rather uncomfortable. For 395 euros per night this hotel was grossly overpriced. It was more like staying in a hostel. It was very disappointing as we had been looking forward to our stay. The photos of the hotel on the website are not a good representation of what the hotel is like. The hotel is not premium as shown on the website, it is very basic and on par with a hostel. We will not be staying here or with any other Sonder hotel in the future. Ending on a happy note, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at three different locations during our time in Spain, and SONDER, was by farrrrrr our fav. Surpassing our expectations. The Vegan restaurant on the 2nd floor is must try as well! The rooms are spacious, large and quiet. Loved the location and staff as well. Amazing job!
