Room is clean and location is excellent. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and metro. One main issue is washroom is only accessible from the master bedroom so for a party of 4 we always have to enter the master bedroom to use the washroom so kept bothering the master bedroom occupants throughout the night. It is VERY inconvenient. Another minor issue is the food we stored in the fridge was frozen in the last two days. The city tax was quite expensive. Not sure if that is the case for the other properties as we ended up staying in this property because our original booking was cancelled by the owner. Other than that everything is fine.

The place is located really close to Sants, an important train station, and the surroundings have a good deal of restaurants and bars. It's a bit far from some of the major tourist attractions in Barcelona, but it's really close to Montjuic and Fira. The room itself was really nice, with everything you need for your stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, with an electric hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. I had an issue during my stay, and I communicated with management through the WhatsApp channel, and Ivan came and solved it. Ace service. I've stayed here a couple of times, and I would certainly stay again if I need it in the future.

It was clean, light, nice and just pretty great. Felt like a place I could live and not just use as a hotel. Area was nice a well, with stores outside the door, parks nearby and only a short walk, maybe 2-5 minutes, to get to a shopping center and shopping street. Will definitely be using this again!

Very good for one night

The flat is very modern and clean well equipped for a short stay 1-2 days. similar properties are usually suitable and equipped for longer stays (for instance there is no deep freezer, refrigerator quite small, no stove). There was no blanket on our bed- it took mailing to customer service to learn that there are spare sheets and blankets under the mattress!!

Not a very good place.

Well located, close to Plaza Espanya. The unit smell so bad, We had to sleep with open windows on a rainy night. Both the bed and the sofa bed were so uncomfortable. Too much noise from the street until late at night.

This is not a property I can recommend to anyone. I booked two rooms and my family and I ended up separated across different buildings. Most days we had no hot water, and on the one day we did, it only lasted long enough for one shower. On top of that, the company repeatedly harassed me about paying tourist fees that were never disclosed upfront. I paid them before check in, sent multiple screenshots showing the payment had processed, and they still continued to message and call me. To make matters worse, our neighbor were extremely loud and one night we lost electricity and I had to reset the breaker myself. Overall, this stay was not worth the money and I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience. To end on a positive note, the apartment was clean and in a good location.

Nice, but not as good as Madrid Limehome

Stayed at Limehome in Madrid and enjoyed it. Barcelona location is in a great part of the city. Very convenient to get around. Madrid Limehome had an in unit clothes washer and an oven in the kitchen. Barcelona did not. Overall, preferred the amenities in Limehome Madrid. I would still stay at Limehome Barcelona again, though. The unit was very large, perfect for a group. Also, again, the location was great. Easy access to public transportation and decent grocery store options in walking distance.

Good, Not Great

Not as good as a previous Limehome Stay in Madrid. Positives: close to Tarragona Metro and Sants; dishwasher; reasonable room amenities, comfortable bed. Negatives: shared washer on roof, area slightly downmarket, not in major tourist/shopping hub, only 1 dishwasher and washer tab for 3 nights is a bit mean which is probably why i found dirty dishes in the stack in cupboard. Be careful as are 2 building entrances to different apartments. (i could not find my apartment), a few Soundproofing Issues, could not fully understand the lighting system, switches everywhere many not working.

Nice apartment on our last two nights in Barcelona. Very spacious and enough room to sleep up to 3-4 people. Garage access is tricky to find and open. Requires manual key entry.

Great property to stay at for a short trip! No close to the city center, about a 40 minute walk, but there are buses and trains near. However, super close to the railroad station. Perfect room, great cleanliness, and as opposed to other limehome's I was able to speak to a housekeeper who was in the building everyday!

The hotel facilities were clean and well located. However, we had to pay city tax separately in addition to the accommodation fee, and the online card payment did not go through, so we had to repeat the phone call many times, which took a lot of time and phone bills. The accommodations are good, but it was a waste of time.

overpriced & far from the centre

The bed was firm & confortable, the area without any interest, quiet. We didnt like the fact that they had not left any bottled water as the water is awful,it has a strong taste of bleach. Also the tv was not working for 3 days, it hadnot been checked, we asked the cleaning staff they coulnt start it, a young guy was sent but unfortunately it didnt work, finally the management sent a technician after 3 days.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
One of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Almost every day there was a new problem. The biggest issue was the constant noise: people on the street, loud activity around the trash bins at night, and noisy neighbors upstairs, sometimes after 1 a.m. The windows offer almost no soundproofing, so sleeping was extremely difficult. Safety was also a concern because one of the windows was broken during our stay. The sofa bed was terrible and had a defect that made it arch in the middle, while the beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable. The shower had issues, and I ended up fixing part of it myself. Housekeeping was disappointing too—we stayed for 10 days and received room service only once. There was also confusion with the city tax, as we were charged for a guest who never actually traveled. Although this was later adjusted, it created unnecessary stress. I came to Barcelona for an important professional course and expected a place where I could rest properly. Instead, I spent nights awake because of the noise and dealt with problem after problem throughout the stay. The worst part wasn’t a single issue, but the accumulation of so many avoidable problems. I cannot recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Nice apartment but circumstantial communication

We stayed here for two nights on our way to the south of Spain by train. The apartment is modern, has all necessary conveniences and more. A very good and large bed and also the bathroom was excellent. Since there is no personal check-in, everything has to be done via a website. This has benefits as well as flaws. Because we were travelling and not watching my mail all the time, I was surprised by the amount of correspondence. Especially delivering passport and other information was a lot of work. But when you are passed that hassle, everything is realy nice and safe.
