Great stay

Fantastic staff, and the breakfast was amazing every day, only one slight disappointment was the Air conditioner in our room which was not working properly and when experiencing a heatwave made it difficult to get to sleep at night. Great value for money!

Overall Experience: We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Positives: Staff: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. Their professionalism made the stay enjoyable. Cleanliness: The room was clean and well-maintained, which we greatly appreciated. The housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring the room was tidy every day. Location: The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Areas for Improvement: Room Amenities: While the room was comfortable, a few additional amenities like a mini-fridge or coffee maker would have enhanced the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided a lot of information on the area, restaurants, and things to do. Our room was on the ground floor and faces the street and parking lot, so it was noisy. There are only a few hairdryer sat the front desk for borrowing, which is unfortunate. We really enjoyed our stay though thanks to the great staff, clean room, and good wine selection that the hotel offers. The free wifi and generous breakfast buffet with many options were also appreciated amenities.

Le seul bémol, le bruit de la route ! Sinon personnel très gentil, bienveillant et facilitateur, très bon accueil 24/24, délicieux petit déjeuner, parking de l’hôtel pratique, plein de documentations touristiques, près d’un supermarché, juste en face de la plage, bonne situation sur le lac de Garde et à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville en longeant le lac, et idéal à vélo… je recommande.

Nettes kleines Hotel und tolles Frühstück, aber was sehr schlecht ist sind die Parkplätze am Hotel. Viel zuwenig Parkplätze für die Gäste, auf dem kleinen Parkplatz stehen dann auch noch die Autos der Angestellten vom Hotel. Es gibt zwar neben dem Hotel Öffentliche Parkplätze, aber die eine Seite ist kostenpflichtig und die andere Seite ist kostenlos, die kostenlose Seite ist dauerbesetzt. Somit ist es jeden Tag ein ein Kampf um einen Parkplatz.

Das Personal ist sehr lieb und kümmert sich um seine Gäste. Das war ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Das Hotel hatte mehrere optische, sowie technische Mängel. Lüfter war im Bad aus, Klimaanlage wälzt nur Luft um, Heizung war 20x mit Panzertape am Rohr umwickelt, Fensterladen ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Das Frühstück war sehr schön hergerichtet und sehr gut. Nur die Parksituation war unmöglich. Bei voller Belegung, wurde nicht die Anzahl an Parkplätzen angeboten. Zum Gardasee würden wir dennoch wieder kommen! Die Menschen sind sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Für Familien ideal.

Hyggeligt og autentisk hotel med charme

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på dette hyggelige og autentiske hotel. Værelserne var pæne og rene, omend lidt slidte – hvilket blot tilføjede til stedets charme. Personalet var meget venlige og imødekommende, og morgenmaden var både lækker og varieret. Søudsigt er meget begrænset.

Personal sehr freundlich, nähe zu Bardolino ideal. Jedoch total ungeeignet für Urlauber mit Kleinkinder. Extrem laut,kein Lift dies ist sehr ungünstig mit einem Baby!!! Zimmer mit Balkon wäre Ideal gibt's aber nur mit Seeblick und direkt zur Hauptstraße.

Hotel Bardolino in Bardolino

Wir waren als Familie 5 Tage in einem 3-Bett Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt nur über die Strasse zum See. Nicht weit vom Zentrum. Das Personal spricht deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Tägliche Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und sehr lecker. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Il personale é stato impeccabile e a disposizione. Pulizia delle camere ottima. Colazione ben organizzata con un'offerta davvero ampia. Parcheggio all'interno della struttura. Prezzo più che concorrenziale. Se dovessi fare il Barbieri della tv consiglio di aggiungere un frigo bar. Detto questo é un ottimo hotel per prezzo, posizione e servizio offerto sopratutto per l'accettazione della nostra cagnolina.

Hotellet er charmerende, omend lidt slidt. Der er ingen elevator. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmad ok. Hotellet lånte cykler ud gratis. Vi havde nogle gode dage på et værelse med altan og sø udsigt.

Das Hotel ist alt! schlechte Parkplätze Dreibettzimmer ohne Balkon oder Terasse keine möglich keit Wäsche oder Handtücher aufzuhängen zu kleiner Raum für 3 Gäste von 4 Tagen 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser bei der Reise buchung 2 Gäste 1 Kind bis 17 frei bei Ankunft nachzahlen müssen! das einzige was man diesem Hotel gutschreiben kann ist das Frühstück und die Sauberkeit!
