"The hotel was very dog friendly/accomodating.We loved being able to bring thr dogs on the beach.Our room was very nice and clean but the floors were very deeply scratched and the couch had a stain which i covered with a sheet. I showed photos at the desk to ensure our well trained dogs were not blamed.There was only one of two elevators working and it was also down a few times during our stay. we were constantly waiting to get on since it was small and slow with lots of workers and guests cramming into it. We received a free breakfast for the issue and that was awful on the 16th. The buffet items were barely warm, the bacon was burnt, the sausage patties were curled they were so overcooked and dried up, and the danish was stale. I was surprised the waitress actually made us use our vouchers for a breakfast we could not eat. The following 2 mornings i went down and the buffet was just fine! The same waitress agreed Monday the 16th was just a bad morning but still didnt offer any compensation. The free shuttle was wonderful! It takes you and picks you up within a 5 mile radius which is perfect for a ride to diwntown Melbourne for local shopping and eating. "

"This hotel is very conveniently located on the beach in the middle of town. There is a good beach-side restaurant connected to the hotel. Security staff makes sure parking is available and property is safe in the evenings. "

"The front desk woman Kristina is beyond kind, she was so helpful and made my stay worth every penny. The property is well maintained, extremely clean, conveniently located, has a full kitchen, and allows smoking outside thank god. "

"Rachel the manager of this hotel is rude and racist. Reginald and Madison were kind and professional, Allison in corporate as fantastic. Rachel ruined my stay & made me feel unsafe. The room smelled like mold, I was having problems with my toilet, the room had mold on the curtains, there was food on the walls. I took pictures spoke to Rachel through text, she never sent anyone to help me, the next day I went down to use the lobby bathroom, mine still wasn’t working, I spoke to Maddison at front desk, she explained to Rachel I needed help. Rachel came up to my room with an attitude, i immediately started recording. She said the staff would never leave the room dirty, and she needed to take the pictures herself. I let her in and she took pictures of my cigarette on the balcony instead of anything else. She told me no smoking in rooms or on balcony, I said I’m not, she said she was going to have maintenance come up for the toilet and left. A few moments later she emailed me about me smoking in the room, which was untrue. I went down to the front desk to speak to her while recording the entire time. I asked why address me in an email, if she just spoke to me in person, and what about fixing the toilet. She told me I’m lucky she’s letting me stay here. I edited Google review &included video. She continued to make it clear I wasn’t welcome. I have health prbmls I would have provide medical card, she never gave me a chance, lied about refunding me, ruined my whole trip."

"I did not know this was a pet friendly hotel, I was doing laundry and a german shepard turned the corner and growled at me. the owner came with his lease and said so sorry and left. , I did not like that the sink was outside the toilet/tub area. room was clean but dark even with lights on."

"The hotel that other hotels wish they were. OCEANFRONT - ie just a stone’s throw from the waves. Beautiful - clean - amazing amenities. We agreed that this is our new favorite spot in Florida. Can’t wait to return! "
