The area was right down the road from shopping and about a 10 minute walk to old town Bari. There really wasn’t interaction with staff because it was a B & B style. The door knobs to get in were loose and harder to get into having to turn them so much. There were ants in our room and bathroom and the shower was a little small. The balcony was huge with a decent view of the area.

Angela, the wonderful women who helped on June 9th was indeed an angel. I had misunderstood the instructions and was about to give up and find another room for the night, when I found her in the office. She was extremely supportive, understanding, and went out of her way to guide me to my room. I always will remember her kindness. The room as great as well.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and close to the station. A few things to be aware of: - there is no reception and you will need an internet connection to check-in and open the doors each time - the address is correct but the room is not where the pin is on Google maps - the air-con is too small and/or not working properly; it doesn’t cool the room much at all

Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

We traveled around Puglia for a month and this was by far our worse stay. - There were holes in the floor. - There were broken floor trims. - The floor was very dirty (our son’s clothes were BLACK after crawling on the floor for a few minutes!) - The balcony, unlike in the pictures, was missing chairs. – so it could barely be used. - The shower was dirty. - The baby crib was missing a mattress. - There was a bad smell in the hallway at the entrance to the apartment. - The checkout time did not match what was stated on Hotels. - The support was unfriendly. - It was very poor sound isolation. Unacceptable.

Nie wieder. Emozioni Amare, no Emozioni Dolci.

Unter Berücksichtigung von bezahltem Preis (fast 100 Euro für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück) und erfahrener Leistung, muss ich leider sagen, dass es meine bisher schlechteste Erfahrung mit einer Unterkunft war, an die ich mich entsinnen kann. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf Teiletagen verschiedener Gebäude, die sich durch einen offensichtlichen Investitionsstau charakterisieren. Mein Zimmer hat mich ebenso wenig überzeugt. Immerhin war es (augenscheinlich) sauber (mal von der auf dem Föhn übersehenen, vom Vor-Gast zusammengeknüllten Banderole, dass das WC desinfiziert worden sei), verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, einen Kühlschrank sowie fließend warmes Wasser. Die Serviceorientierung war unbefriedigend. In dem Gebäude, in dem mein Zimmer war, gab es keine Rezeption. Diese war einige Hausnummern weit entfernt in einem anderen Gebäude. Der Kontakt erfolgte faktisch nur per WhatsApp. Als ich doch die Rezeption aufsuchen musste, da man mir im Vorfeld keine Etage und Zimmernummer mitteilte (Türen lasen sich nur mittels Handy über Website öffnen), wirkte die Dame am Empfang erst mal genervt. Antworten per WhatsApp lassen durchaus auch einige Minuten bis zu zwei Stunden auf sich warten. Als ich mein Gepäck am Abreisetag noch für einige Stunden in der Unterkunft lagern wollte, hätte ich diese Serviceleistung über eine App kostenpflichtig (5 Euro für einen Koffer) buchen müssen. Nie wieder. Emozioni amare, no Emozioni dolci.

O quarto individual tem um bom tamanho, senti falta de uma mesa para utilizar para trabalhos rápidos. Ar condicionado funciona bem para o calor que faz na cidade no verão. Bom chuveiro e cama confortável. Wi fi também tem boa velocidade.

Camera con bagno privato in appartamento dedicato in cui si entra con un codice scaricabile dal cellulare. Bagno pulito e nuovo. Il resto accettabile. Era presente nell'appartamento una utile macchina per merendine e bevande ma non funzionante.

Første inntrykk var greit, men etterhvert oppdaget vi en stor mengde maur i dusjen. Dette prøvde de å ordne uten at det gikk så vi måtte si ifra igjen og da klarte de å ordne det. Vi opplevde at han ene som jobbet på hotellet sendte oss mange meldinger og av til dels personlig karakter. Vi syntes det var litt ubehagelig.

Fint med online check ind, men bøvlet at man kun kunne komme i kontakt med personalet gennem telefon. Værelset var slidt, der var mange myre og aircondition virkede desværre slet ikke optimalt, så der var ekstremt varmt.

Delusione immensa, suite?ma che suite non saprei neanche come definire questa pseudo stanza: maniglia della porta rotta, doccia rotta, manco una mensola nel bagno e anche dentro la doccia, WC adattato al bagno un qualcosa di non classificabile, le formiche a terra, pavimento da rifare tutto, ecc ecc ecc

Ubicación pero servicio mejorable

Buena ubicación, mala cobertura de internet lo que hace que la apertura mediante app sea complicada. Nos recomendaron un parking que el domingo esta cerrado. Por lo demas todo correcto
