The Steam Hotel
Didn’t use room cleaning everyday but had towels replaced. Breakfast seating a little difficult but I understand over Christmas time the hotel was full to capacity so staff managed it well.

Elite Stadshotellet Västerås
Great experience in iconic building right in centre of Västerås. Rooms are nice with ample space, minibar and modern bathroom. Breakfast amazing and staff very friendly. Will stay again.

Vilsta Cottages
Very basic, no frills. It should, I feel, be made clear that you need to bring your own bedding and towels as by the time you've paid to hire these you could have stayed somewhere a lot better! You're also required to clean before you leave. Chalet clean enough apart from bathroom being rather ...
