โThe staff were super friendly, very welcoming & weโre always around if you needed anything. The hotel itself is in a nice quiet area, and youโre only a super cheap Uber away from the Old town, and Marina, both are also very walkable. There are some incredible restaurants around, some of the best food Iโve ever had. โI enjoyed my stay at this hotel Alvor. The rooms were decent and a fair size. The hotel staff were accommodating and the spa was very relaxing.
The restaurant on the property but I only ate breakfast there because it was included with my stay. The breakfast buffet was decent and the concentrated on healthier options. Only thing is you have to ask for more food where getting the food options from the kitchen.
If you choose to stay here, it is a good idea to have a car. It is a bit of a walk...
โEverything was amazing! The room was outstanding, the pool was breathtaking the view was just as amazing! Honestly this stay was one of the best places we stayed at in Portugal. The only downside was when we asked for additional towels in the room we were told we already had two towels and were never given extra towels. That was very strange and upsetting but other than that the stay was great. โ
โThe room was clean. The property is dated and could use refurbished. The area and beach were wonderful. The staff especially front desk and bellman Artur were very helpful and addressed concerns immediately. The breakfast was disappointing. โ

โFrom check in to check out the whole experience was excellent, staff all very pleasant and attentive. We didnโt realise it was a paddle venue when we booked but that only added to the stay โ
