“Grande chambre propre avec très grande douche eau de pluie puissante. Personnel tojours souriant et sympathique. Plusieurs piscines dont une très grande pour nager c'est idéal. L'eau est en plus à bonne température malgré le vent. Différents bars et restaurants sur le complexe. C'est un grand hôtel mais que ce soit aux restaurants, aux bars ou à la piscine, on ne sent pas vraiment le monde. C'est bien fait. Seul bémol, nous avions une belle chambre avec balcon mais pas une jolie vue.”

“La chambre est quelconque, à notre arrivée : pas de serviette, pas de savon de douche. Le coffre ne fonctionne pas, ce qui oblige de se balader avec passeport et argent. Et le ballon d’eau chaude ne permet pas de couvrir l’ensemble des chambres. Mais c’est surtout l’absence de service qui pose un problème. Aucune réponse à un problème ( pour nous c’est le transfert inter île). Ils vous laisse vous débrouiller. Les gens de l’accueil sont juste bon pour réserver un taxi. Pas plus ”

There is a general air of disrepair, beyond reception and the atrium. There is an extension/conservatory next to the breakfast area that had significant leaks. The breakfast itself was limited, the pastries...

“Het is een vrijwel nieuw comfortabel hotel uiterst charmant ingericht zo ook de ruime kamers met een lekker ligbad en seperate douche en lekker bed. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk met moeder Georgette en dochter Claudia als stralend middelpunt. En dat allemaal in het wonderschone Valley de Paul the garden of Eden. Werkelijk fantastisch verblijf. ”

“The hotel was one of the best hotel from location to value for money. The location was great walking distance from everywhere. The staff was brilliant specially Mys she organised every activity’s for me plus taxi from the airport and back. Overall everything 10/10. Thank you for everything. You guys make my holiday special. “La chambre est juste magnifique. La vue est sublime. Le lit est très grand et confortable. La salle de douche est séparée des toilettes ce qui est top. Dans l ensemble plutôt calme jusqu'à 7h du matin. La piscine est superbe et les lits de terrasse très agréables Le petit déjeuner le matin est très complet et diversifié. Un petit endroit de paradis pas très loin du centre, à 15 min à pied.”

“Our room faced the restaurant so that everyone from there could look into our room. The pool view was minimal, not that it would have been so special but when you write it in our booking... The water in the shower could not flow down the drain which flooded our whole bathroom. There is one option to hang your towel, sorry but that's not fun. Reception was great, wifi and breakfast were good. Location is good, very close to the ferry. ”
