“A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. “I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. “Great value for money, and distance from the ciry”

“Had everything we need to cook our meals with, we were there for 17 nights while working. Great heating system, lots of walks and a surprise welcome pack upon arrival. Great stay away from home. Only two small issues and only because my husband was working night shifts - RAF fly over on a regular basis making it quite hard to sleep and a skylight in the bedroom, so no issues at all if you're not trying to sleep through the day.”
