"Did not give me my refund back due to a issue with my partner they were disgustingly rude and I will never go there again I ran out of fuel going home cause of there so called procedure would not listen to what I had to say and made me wait for 1.5 hours to talk to a manager who didn’t turn up I will be pursuing this further"

"It was easy to find, but when we got inside it was smelling like cigarettes and curry. Even thebed sheets had that smell. We just needed an overnight place because we were travelling to Esperance. I didn't feel that it is clean enough for me to shower there, so we got there around 11pm and left the next morning at 7:30. I have stayed in so many better places for much cheaper. The walls were pretty old too, they could use a little paint, but they really need to do something about the smell. The staff was amazing they arranged everything for me before I got there, but very disappointed with the room."

"There was no hot shower, and the bed looked like the sheets were recycled from the previous guest and smelled. Overall, there was a nice view of the National Park."

"10/10 for everything. we were warmly greeted both when checking in and out of Quest. Nothing was too much trouble for every member of staff. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very well laid out, clean and very comfortable. we had a car and had prior to visit arranged for a parking space, although it cost $15 pn we were able to park our car in a gated secure car park at the back of the hotel, which gave us piece of mind and well worth the cost. We have stayed in many Quest hotels in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide but Quest Joondalup was by far the best out of all. Thank you for making our stay such a perfect one. "

"Staff was very kind and friendly , the area was beautiful and it was very nice and clean. Staff had no problem to come to us and walk us in when we came late at night. The beds were nicely done, bathroom very clean and it smelled nicely."
