The service is excellent, and the hotel is very, very beautiful. It is a classic hotel; it is not new, but it preserves wonderful details of the city’s colonial architecture, which makes it very special. The attention provided by the front desk staff is exceptional. Thank you to Rosita, Eilín, and Laura, as they offer truly excellent customer service. Likewise, the kitchen and restaurant staff deserve great recognition. I invite everyone to visit this hotel and experience the quality of the service for themselves. It is a small hotel, but very cozy. I highly recommend it.
