I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel.
Your staff was aware that there were two adults and two children staying in our room, yet only three towels were provided. The room was also not properly prepared upon arrival. There was mold on the shower curtain, even though it is something that can easily be washed or replaced. The bed sheets were not placed on the beds properly and appeared to have been carelessly put on.
There was also only half a roll of toilet paper in the room when we arrived. We called to request both more toilet paper and additional towels, but nothing was brought for quite some time. Right before we were leaving, someone finally came with one roll of toilet paper, but told us they could not provide any towels because the hotel had run out of them.
In addition, one of the elevators was not working, and we were told it apparently had not been working for two weeks. This caused long wait times, and when we were finally able to use the elevator, we had to ride with smelly garbage, which was very unpleasant, especially while staying there with children.
Overall, we are very unimpressed with the cleanliness, service, and overall condition of the hotel during our stay. This experience fell far below what we expected, and I feel these issues should be taken seriously and addressed properly.
