"During my stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan, I found the environment and staff to be very pleasant. However, a major issue significantly impacted my experience. The room temperature was extremely cold, and I was unable to adjust it. Although the thermostat indicated that I could increase the temperature to 80 degrees, it did not respond or change at all, nor could it be turned off. I was staying in room 601, while a family member in room 611 had a much warmer and more comfortable room, which suggests the issue was specific to my room. When I brought this concern to the front desk, I was told there was nothing that could be done. This response was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations for customer service. As a result, my family and I had to wear sweaters in the room and sleep under multiple covers just to stay warm. This made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Due to this experience, I was very unsatisfied with how the situation was handled. If I return to the area in the future, I will consider staying at a different hotel."
