“Being “perfectly located” in Old San Juan means you’re within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, historic sites (forts, plazas, cathedrals), and shops. “The stay was ok although I made a reservation for one room and they switched me to another. Same happened with another family member. Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in. ”

“I loved that we were so close to everything in san juan/ old san juan. The area looks a little rough but it was quiet at night and we felt very safe. We rented a car so did not walk around but having the parking space included was so convenient. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was always noise that woke us up around 8am. We were out late every night so getting woken up by the barking dogs and loud tools was a little rough. Overall though it was a great stay and I would stay here...
