Charged for a massage I didn’t get. Claimed I was late but the masseuse acted like she didn’t have the appointment and lied. No cleaning room service. No English speaking. Stole my body spray. Front desk was extremely rude. Dining staff seemed irritated.

Great location with four beautiful pools, that we always had to ourself. Wouldn’t recommend the plunge pools as the water was pretty stagnant. Great view of the sunset from the beach bar.
