The staff were kind and accommodating but the carpet in the room hadn’t been hoovered and was well in need of replacing. The handle was also coming off the door and the plug sockets were positioned so close to the table below that you couldn’t plug things in

There was no information in the caravan at all to help with gaining hot water, heating wifi etc. The fridge had over 2 cms of ice on the freezer box which made the fridge inefficient to say the least.
