"As expected. Happy with music, food and drinks were good. Chose this location due to indoor pool, which was unfortunately closed and not advertised that way (or would have chosen another location). That was a big disappointment tor us, but otherwise everything was good. "

The property is older so there were small scratches in the sink and tub. We did not have shampoo, conditioner, & soap in the shower - the dispensers were empty. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with several items to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at such a wonderful place that I wanted to write a review. We usually stay at the large chains, which has really become miserable anymore. They don’t make up the room. The desk is rude, blah blah blah. Not only were we greeted with respect by a very nice lady. We had just come to inquire about a couple things and we were very very early and she just went ahead and checked us in the room was very clean. Not only was the place very nice. They actually made up the bed every day, which is not something that has happened since Covid. If we ever return to Gatlinburg will absolutely stay at the Gillette. I give it 100 stars if I could."
