"Awesome room "

"This was our first time staying at South Point and we were very impressed. They have multiple places to get food which was nice. We bowled and got food at the bowling alley which was so fun for our Grandson. The people and staff were so nice and friendly throughout the hotel. The only complaint we had was that the pool was not heated and it was freezing cold!! We went there for spring break and had planned on swimming most of the time but the pool was too cold so that was very disappointing, especially for our Grandson. We would definitely stay there again but I will call and ask them if the pool has been heated. "

"The rooms were clean. The staff were always helpful. My husband was extremely impressed with George. He kept the men’s restroom in tip top shape. Buffet had fresh food and staff was very welcoming and friendly."

"this is basically a holiday inn. the food is bad, the drinks are worse. everything is an enormous hassle to get to — with 2 broken elevators, just getting to the lobby could take 20 minutes. the pools are all gated off an every move requires a key card/ the only thing going for this place is the activity center for kids, which was excellent. lots of games and three craft projects a day. do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for a better hotel. "

"This place is clean, the front office staff are friendly, and breakfast has good selection, the lady working at the kitchen was little rude to my spouse, saying that they were very busy when my husband simply asked when the omelet will be ready. The building is not in a vey busy location and parking is good for Handicap customer."

"I found bloody boogers on the wall in my room along with other gunk splattered on surfaces. The rest of the facility was sub par. The staff was really nice and helpful. "
