“The room was clean and spacious, the problem was how cold it was. It was October and they didn’t have heat although there were radiators in all the rooms. The woman at the reception said it was “not possible” to turn them on. There was also a washer and a kitchen we couldn’t use either. We had to wear our jackets inside and 2 blankets for the bed so we could get some sleep. ”

“The location of this hotel was great! Well equipped, modern apartments with good amenities. A lack of dining options and poor breakfast for the price paid is what the resort lacks. Wine tasting was also unavailable. I can anticipate this to be a great place in high season, but lack of facilities during low season make this an expensive stay without the required luxury.”

“This was one of the best experiences. First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend...
