Von oben hörte man die Abwasserleitung. Umgebung war ruhig. In der Hauptsaison zu wenig Parkplätze. Die Terassenmöbel ungemütlich und nicht einladend zum Platz nehmen.

Ein gemütliches Landhaus mit 12 Ferienwohnungen und ein riesiger Garten mit Spielmöglichkeit für die Kinder. Man ist in 10 min mit dem Auto in Rerik, ein paar Minuten länger bis Kühlungsborn. Gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer, "echte Betten" mit Federbettzeug. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Holzboden hat etwas geknarrt, was nachts ein bisschen nervt wenn man leise am Kinderzimmer vorbei "schleichen" möchte aber sonst in Ordnung.

　田園地帯の小さな集落にあり、静かで長閑な風情がある。ゆっくり滞在するには最高の場所だけれど、RostockやWismarなど歴史のある都市も近く、30km,30分くらいで行ける。吹き抜けのあるホールを囲んで客室、食堂、サウナなどが配置された建物と庭はよく手入れされている。

Sehr dunkle Zimmer, da kleine Fenster. Sehr hellhörig sowohl im Bad als auch im Schlaf/ Wohnraum. Wenn die Personen im Zimmer darüber umherlaufen und Möbel Rücken usw. (dies leider bis spät abends und vor 6 Uhr morgens) macht das Schlafen aud den sehr weichen Matratzen nur halb soviel Spaß. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

gemütlich und ruhig

Wir haben uns bei unserem Wochenendaufenthalt in dem Landhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser kleines Apartment war sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und zum selbst versorgen war alles vorhanden. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und das Frühstücksbuffet überwältigend. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man schöne Fahrradtouren machen und erreicht z.b. in nur 20 Minuten das Meer.

This was a lovely place to stay. The room or apartment was large and really well equipped. It had a kitchen and bathroom, good seating and a comfy bed. The parking was great.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Winterurlaub in ansprechendem Ambiente bei sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern, die sich umgehend auch um Problemchen gekümmert haben. Toll ist die Möglichkeit zwischen Frühstücksbuffet und Brötchenservice zu wählen, für Langschläfer ideal. Das Landhaus ist eine tolle Symbiose von historisch und modern. Einziges Manko: Es ist ein bisschen hellhörig. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Als Hinweis für nachfolgende Interessenten: Das Hotel ist nicht in Bastorf zu finden, sondern liegt in Zweedorf (Zweedorf gehört zu Bastorf, beides ist aber etwas von einander entfernt). Zweedorf ist nahe der Landstraße gelegen, von dort aus ist man schnell am Meer, kann zum einkaufen in die umliegenden Orte fahren und auch sonst viel unternehmen. Allerdings ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen und manche Aktivitäten sind im Winter saisonbedingt nicht möglich. Aber ein Winterurlauber weis das ja i.d.R..

Die Wohnung war feucht, es stand ein Entlüfter in der Küche. Es roch muffig. Die ganze Wohnung hatte noch Ostcharme. Die Dusche war verstopft und es ist Wasser auf die Fliesen geflossen. Wir mussten erst den Hausmeister rufen.
