Room was quite nice with a good outlook across the bay, and property itself nice. Bed a little soft for me, but would be to the taste of some. Good shower and decent kitchenette area, though bit of a shortage of power-points. Nowhere to really sit in the room other than bed (or out on balcony). They weren’t kidding about the steep stairs to the room (if you get one of the small upper rooms). Could do with a little more care on cleaning and upkeep, for example external stairs were unlit at night, and a thick layer of dust on the top and back of TV unit. A bit away from the main Bateman’s Bay shopping area, nice enough location, but make sure you have transport. If you want breakfast get in early as it was finished by 9.30am, and not 24hr reception as stated in property summary, that was closed by 9pm. Would stay again assuming a good price as I got this time.

We took our elderly In Laws for a 4 day get away. We requested ground floor, with least amount of stairs. All our requests were met. My In Laws absolutely enjoyed staying here. Very easy for my father in law to walk, get around the property.

Property advertises on their website that they have a good on-site restaurant that is open for dinner every day and when we arrived we were informed that there was no access to the restaurant as they rented it out for a private function. We were later advised that the restaurant is not open Monday or Tuesday contrary to their in room brochure and website

The so-called ‘daily’ restaurant is only open 5 days per week (not when we were there), we could not get the Netflix to stream per their instructions and the breakfast was closed at 9:30 so we missed that too. Also, check in is after 2:30 but by 2:45 we got a text saying that staff were going home so we couldn’t speak to anyone checking in to find out such information about the restaurant and breakfast. It was actually quite poor.
