“Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!”

“Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. “The room was clean and funky in terms of decoration which we liked. We hadn't realised that it was not a bathroom ensuit but shared one with three other rooms, but this was also very clean and luckily we were the only occupied room for the night we spent there. The staff were friendly and as we had to leave early the next morning kindly laid on a breakfast bap for us at 7am. An excellent setting next to the river and ideally suited for a short trip into Bath.”
