We were truly impressed by the staff on duty the night we arrived as well as the next morning. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is a little older but is well maintained and served our purposes just fine. I’d stay again just bc of the staff who made us feel like old friends in for a visit.

All the room ac’s drain out on the walkways and you have to walk through that. I paid $75 to take my dog and had to carry her in and out every time I walked her due to this unsanitary condition. I should be refunded that! Also I was told I would have a senior discount and didn’t get that or my final receipt!

I stayed in room #111 during my stay from 8/1/2024-8/3/2024, and the complaint that I have is that there was no phone in my ADA room, there was an immense amount of grime on the shower head, the sheets, comforter, and pillows had long brown hairs embedded in them. The staff and the grounds keeping was nice!

Overall enjoyed our staff. Check in staff the 1st day was not the best with his service. We could only get into 1 of the 2 rooms we booked even though check in was 3 and we got there about 4:20 said it was ready. Had problems with the fridge in our room wouldn't close, freezer was frozen over and it had to be removed so no fridge for the duration of our stay. Around the property there were broken pallets and garbage. The washer and dryer was removed on the first floor so unable to wash items we planned to. Breakfast was good, but got pulled earlier and staff was unwilling to put more food out even though guest requested and his comment was that it ended at 9 but those guest were asking for food at around 8:30. morning staff and manager were very nice and friendly and accomodating.
