"The Intelier Palacio de San Martin is located in Center Madrid. The hotel has old charm and is very clean. The staff is courteous and house keeping is available daily. The rooms are clean and spacious with a 65” colored tv. The bathrooms are spacious with a combo shower and tub. They have complimentary hygiene products in every bathroom. The hotel offers a continental breakfast with cook order omelets. I found the breakfast delicious and offering many fruits, meats, cheeses, breads and sweets. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and teaming with businesses and must see hot spots. There are at least 2 major departments store and shops of all kinds less than 3 minutes away. There are so many places to dine that you would never have to eat at the same place twice. There are also so many remarkable landmarks and historical sites within walking distance. An UBER ride is less than 5 minutes away from many parts of Madrid. I definitely plan to visit Madrid for a much longer stay next time."

"Really appreciated the hotel. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. You were greeted upon arrival, we used the service of the concierge twice to book excursions, the breakfast buffet was AMAZING ! We appreciated the access to the roof top bar. Our room was very comfortable, great view and it was nice and quiet. Hotel security was outstanding, no one could get in without being a guest and the elevator card system was very efficient. The one minor issue that would need attention .... the bathroom towels could be more "plush". I would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid. "

"This hotel is located right across the street from the four seasons hotel. Hotel Regina, in my opinion was better than the four seasons hotel in service, amenities and location. Our room even had a flat iron for my hair. We were greeted with cold water upon arrival and had a free cocktail in the bar after check-in. This hotel is located in the center of town. A short walk plaza del Sol or plaza mayor. Lots of great people watching available on the small streets nearby."
