Excellent service

This is our second time staying at the Ibis. The service was so good the first time, we returned. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are clean. The breakfast is nice. Most of all, the staff are helpful, friendly, and very professional.

Recepção diurna : ótima Recepção noturna : a desejar Café da manhã : melhor de Marília Elevador : terrível , pois não eh inteligente , portanto demora muuuuito. WC: deveria ter sabonete líquido , o de pedra tem aroma muito ruim. Quarto: travesseiros padrão , pedi um mais fino, mas não tem. Sensação que está piorando com o tempo .

O hotel está antigo e precisa de uma reforma. O equipamento do meu quarto era horrível, imagem e som sofrível. Se você não precisar ficar muito tempo na acomodação , a localização é boa.

Este foi o pior Ibis que já fiquei. Banheiro mal limpo, toalhas velhas e com aparência de falta de conservação. Cama ok. Havia enviado uma mensagem antes do check-in pelo aplicativo do Hoteis.com. E ninguém respondeu, e ao chegar para fazer o check-in o funcionário falou que ninguém olhas essas mensagens. Provavelmente não ficaria nesse hotel novamente.

Check-in muito lento: fiquei cerca de 50 minutos na fila, com apenas uma pessoa realizando os atendimentos em um horário de grande movimento. Além disso, cada check-in levava quase 10 minutos. O banheiro também não estava 100% limpo. O vaso sanitário tinha pelos e havia um fio de cabelo enorme na pia.
