“Riktig pärla i Österrikes minsta stad. Vi övernattade en natt när det var värmebölja och närmre 40 grader men eftersom hotellet har bergvärmesystem hölls en jämn och behaglig temperatur hela natten. Underbart, kommer gärna igen!”

“깨끗하고 조식도 설비도 다 좋은데 입구가 자갈 바닥이라 캐리어 끌고 이동하기 나쁘고 숙박시설 답변이 전화가 아닌 이상 많이 느립니다..”

“Niemand anwesend wenn man kommt. Alle Zimmerschlüssel liegen auf einem Tisch mit dem jeweiligen zugeteilten Zimmer. Theoretisch könnte jeder den zweiten Zimmerschlüssel nehmen und dann in fremde Zimmer gehen Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr, das für Geschäftsreisen eigentlich gar nicht geht. Im Zimmer ein nicht eruierbares Dauerbrummen,,dass dir jeden Schlaf raubt. Kein Aufzug. In der Früh ein russischsprechendes Paar im Hausanzug und Badeschlappen. Wofür hier € 103 inkl Taxen verlangt werden ist...

“The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this,but it is what it was! ”

“really kind and capable staffs. Stephan, one of the best hotel staffs I ve met so fat. always smile and be ready to help u with many things. and other staffs were also nice. breakfast was awesome and healthy, they make it themselves. location is also perfect. near to the city central, at the same time near to the mountain. it s located in riverside. but hotel is a little bit old, and reception works only until 7 pm. those r only shortcomings this hotel got.”
