“What a treat it was when we stayed at this 96 year old home away from home for a couple of days Labour Day weekend. The public areas are a throwback to a much simpler time(huge ballroom/lounge area with its cozy seating, fireplace, bar and all manner of games - the enclosed verandah with wonderful views and live music every Saturday evening - the outdoor heated pool (a night swim when the air temp was 12 degrees centigrade was awesome and the dry sauna afterwards was also fabulous), the grounds...
