“Room was not clean. Room smelled musty, we spent the day in the sunroom. I was at the Pines over Thanksgiving, minimal staff, bar and spa closed. No morning coffee in the lobby. A bus tour came through, cookies and punch were put out for them, with a note that regular guests should not have any. A fire in the fireplace would have been nice in the evening. And of course, the elevator was not working, which meant carrying luggage up and down stairs. Not very festive for the Holiday”
