"Das Bad war schimmelig und ekelhaft, die Klobrille, der Duschkopf und Spülkasten defekt, im Schrank war kein einziger Kleiderbügel, das „Nichtraucherzimmer“ hat extrem nach Rauch gestunken, ebenso die Bettwäsche, es gab kein Frühstück, morgens war überhaupt kein Personal da."
