“Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly people”

“Odam her gün temizlendi.Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.Teşekkürler her şey için”

“Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows.”

“As soon as i came in to check in. They sent me to another hotel. Madina hotel. I went there waited for 2 hours. And they sent me back to zam zam. They told me that the room i booked is not available. So they can give me a smaller room. I took a look at it. It was so small i couldn’t fit in there with my suitcase. The staff was terrible. Very rude and acted like i need to”

“The duty managers were exceptional, particularly Nurdal. Extremely helpful and courteous.”
