โBeautiful hotel! My first time experiencing a self check in hotel. It was easy once given introductions. I spoke to staff through messaging them in Expedia. They replied very quick. I loved that. I recommend this hotel. Parking is the issue. Road parking is always full and parking in the garage is limited. โ
โFantastic stay at Brookstreet! The room was spotless and beautifully set up, with a bed and pillows that were unbelievably comfortable - best sleep Iโve had in a hotel in a long time. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. Iโll definitely stay here again on my next trip.โ

Old facilities so not clean, even no fill up soap and comolementary water, terrible service.
Not recommended as accomodation on Ottawa."
