"Great staff & clean room. Our room served its purpose however we didn’t get much sleep during our one night stay due to room 201’s location next to the elevator. Guest traffic, rolling luggage wheels, & drunken arguments were a nuisance. $200 security deposit for potential damage I felt was way too much, who trashes rooms still? $20 parking fee was reasonable. Location was close to many amazing restaurants and bars. "

"The property was recently renovated, which was great. Everything looked very clean. I only had the room cleaned once in the one week I stayed, which turned out to be unnecessary because I am not sure what more they did than just take out the trash and change the towels. The ladies were very nice though. Always said “good morning” when you passed by. Breakfast was great, and the all day coffee in the lobby is much appreciated. I didn’t use the pool or gym, unfortunately. Overall, I would stay...

"This is my third or fourth time staying at the Portifino Hotel. Prior stays were wonderful causing me to return. I especially enjoyed the quiet and cleanliness of both the rooms and surroundings..This stay however was different. We stayed in beautiful suite with an amazing view of the ocean and enjoyed the calls of Sealions. We were disappointed by the suites insect problems.
